When making provisions to take time out from your busy schedule to accommodate the maintenance or service call in your home, be prepared for anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours. More intricate maintenance or service calls, however, may prolong over a longer period of time if any parts are required for repairs. Our service and maintenance technicians are very precise and neat on all maintenance and service calls they are called upon to perform. They appreciate that your home is your haven as well as a long-term investment, and they respect that. Once your equipment has been maintained and serviced, the maintenance or the service technician will explain the necessary operation for that particular unit and address any questions or concerns you may have.
